My schedule is often booked up fast; I recommend to book a few days to a week+ in advance, or make recurring appointments to your usual visit frequency.
If I am not available, I highly recommend my coworkers such as Abe, Kali, Devin, etc, to take good care of you. If you need help with the initial consultation, I can be there with the coworker to help you out.

By booking an appointment, the client agrees to booking policies below:
1) No Call No Shows (missing appointment without communication BEFORE appointment time or being late by 10+ minutes with no communication) will have the appointment automatically cancelled.
No further appointments can be made until the no call no show full service price has been paid.
2) I will honor appointments up to 10 minutes past the appointment time, despite delaying subsequent clients' appointments by a few minutes. Please text me if you are running late so I can alert subsequent clients of delays.
** Arriving more than 10 minutes late will automatically cancel the appointment & will be considered a no call no show, charged full service price. (Unless communicated otherwise or due to unavoidable circumstances, of course)
3) Rescheduling OR Cancelling must be done up to 6 hours prior to appointment time. These can be done via your email confirmation. Please double check for typos when making appointments, and check spam inbox or your inbox may lack storage if you can't find it.
Please text message me for last minute rescheduling & cancellations within 6 hours, as doing so via email confirmation won't be possible.
Email confirmations are sent at the time of booking & 24 hours before to remind.
Please text me directly to reschedule for another time if you expect to be more than 10 minutes late.
4) My business hours are Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday 10am-3pm, Wednesdays closed, unless posted at the top of this page or schedule is available to be booked.
Please search Headlines Barbershop Northdale on *Google/ Google Maps* for accurate up to date hours and directions. Apple Maps is notorious for inaccurately showing driving time and often showing the wrong business location (i.e. searching "Northdale Headlines" instead of Headlines Northdale will take you to a random place). We are unable to update business hours on Apple Maps, Yelp, and Waze.
After hours services are available on business days 7pm-8pm for x2 the service price.
Service price will vary for after 8pm, before business hours, off day services, and housecall / hotel calls . Please text me about those appointments.
Cash, Card, Tap Pay, Zelle to my email, and limited option of CashApp are available payment options. I do not take Venmo.
